Proof of authenticity - The unique service of Single.am

With the authenticity checks you can verify the genuineness of your profile.

The phone check

In order to get the phone-checked symbol in your profile, please call our
support team. The number is:

0049 221 97 99 98 53 (Mon.,Tue., Thu.: 09:30 – 11:30 am and Mon.,Tue., Thu.: 15:30 – 17:30 pm:)

During the check you will be asked for your membership number( ),
your phone number and your name. Maybe our support will call you back,
if he needs to verify this data.

The pass check

In order to be checked we offer you the possibility to send us a copy of your identity card. On this copy only your date of birth and your photo have to be viewed clearly. The rest can be garbled.

After receiving the copy, we check, whether the picture and the date of birth agree to
the details on the pass. After a successfull check the symbol "pass checked"
appears in your profile.

Other members are now able to see, that you are real.

Certainly it is no exact proof for the realness of the picture in the profile, because
some pictures are made in different years. But our skilled staff
is able to check it precisely.

The camcheck

For a camcheck please contact a Camchecker
He/she will check by webcam, whether you look like your picture in the profile.

The camcheck is supposed to be the safest way to guarantee, that you are real.
Camchecker are like VIP´s unpaid freelancers.
If you have met a camchecker or a VIP already face-to-face, you will
get this check, too.

Click at Camchecker-list, in order to view all camcheckers. In this list
you can also view the online status of each volunteer.

The picture check (only for the app users)

Now our app users have a more easily and quickly possibility to check their
profiles with a picture check.

How does it work: you write your nickname and the current date on a slip.
Following you take a picture of you with that slip and upload it.

After our support has checked it, you`ll become an icon for the picture check
in your profile, so that antoher users can see, you have been verified by us.
